Seven-day refund, and you keep the files

Seven days, any reason, on every download. Reply to your receipt within seven days and it is refunded in full. You keep the files either way — there is nothing to send back and nothing to delete.

Beyond the seven days the support does not stop.

EU and UK buyers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on a distance purchase of digital content. These seven days are a commercial guarantee on top of that right, not instead of it.

  • If a file is broken, missing or unclear, email and it gets fixed.
  • If a spreadsheet has a formula error, a corrected version goes out free to everyone who bought it.
  • If you bought the wrong file, it gets swapped for the right one.
  • If a file will not open in your version of Excel or LibreOffice, you get walked through it.

How the download works

Checkout is on Gumroad. The download link is instant and the files are yours to keep offline. Nothing here is a subscription and nothing expires.

Where a product has a yearly edition — the tax tracker, for instance — the next year is a separate product, not a forced upgrade. Free corrections to the edition you bought reach you automatically through Gumroad.

CUSTOM WORK

Work made to order

Custom calculation models, spreadsheet audits and monthly reporting packs are sold as fixed-price projects, with the scope agreed in writing first.

Send the file and the document its figures are meant to agree with, and you get a price and a date the same day. If the job does not fit, better to hear that before money changes hands.

AI disclosure

I use AI tooling in the build. That is exactly why every figure is reconciled against your source and why you get the log.

How does the download work?

Checkout is on Gumroad and the download link is instant. The ZIP holds the files described on the product page. Save it anywhere; it works offline and nothing expires.

Which programs do the spreadsheets need?

The payroll calculator opens in Excel 2016 or later and Microsoft 365; the tax tracker in Excel 2021 or later. Both open in LibreOffice Calc. Apple Numbers and Google Sheets break the deeper formulas, so they are not supported — each product page says so on its own specification.

Do you charge a subscription?

No. Every download is a one-time purchase. Yearly editions of the same product are sold separately rather than as forced upgrades.

Can I share or resell what I bought?

No. The licence is perpetual, non-transferable and non-exclusive, for your own work and your own clients. Redistributing or reselling the files is not permitted. Anything you produce using them is yours.

Do you take work made to order?

Yes. Building calculation models from a source document, auditing existing workbooks against one, and standardising monthly reporting packs. Email maket.studio@proton.me with the file and the source document.
